Website value evaluation tool
The are a few website value evaluation tools available on the Internet to evaluate how much a website worth.
Sitestimator.com is one of them. I have involved in 90% of the coding of the site including the design and the evaluation algorithm. It takes many factors/parameters from different sources and priority of the souces to calculate a website's value and the earning potential of a website.
It's not is not 100% accurate but it is a good indicator of a website's earning potential and how the website could beneficial to a advertiser if the advertiser buy an ads on the site. Besides, it also help website's own to look at-a-glance the overall performance of a website (e.g. indexed pages, inbound links and website traffic).

google.com is worth $2.19 Billion -> http://www.sitefile.org/google.com.htm
That sounds more realistic.. I know it’s google but 17 Billion, I highly doubt it!!

Thanks for the valuable info on sitestimator, when valuating a website you should also consider http://www.websitevaluebot.com as it will give you a value based on every aspect of the fundamentals of a website except for revenue which is the only real way to work out a websites value.
For true value of a website you should calculate monthly revenue times 6-12 depending on brand name, age and content and this is the reason no website estimator online is accurate.
